Vehicle went in for service on a yellow wrench light. Spent the first few days “not being able to figure out what it means” turned out to be a 4wD actuator, allegedly. Also couldn’t complete a recall on back up camera due to “server issues”. Got vehicle back after 10 days They advised my transmission pan was leaking. Upon checking the trans pan I discovered the bolts were hand loose and one bolt significantly backed out. I will never got to ford of Londonderry again. Extremely questionable character. More
