Huntington Honda was a clean, modern and nice dealership. We were travelling from CT to Long Island 2.5 hour drive to pick up my sisters 2025 Honda CRV EX L. The car was what she wanted exactly the year, make, model and specific color Canyon River Blue at the agreed to price that she was unable to find in CT. I dealt with Sebastian Henao exclusively remotely from Thursday 1st call from Ct till Monday when we picked up her new car. I would recommend him to anyone going to this dealership as he was nice, courteous and easy to work with. Not pushy and from the moment we arrived he was only looking out for giving us a great experience with no changes to our agreed upon deal. We arrived at 1130am and we were out the door by 215pm. He made sure we were always happy and followed up with us that day to make sure we got home safely and to see if we needed anything else. We received our $249 overpayment refund within 5 days as promised. Sebastian is the man!!!! Thanks Bill

We brought our 2019 Passport to Lia to correct a problem that occurred after a recall repair on the fuel pump. I was anticipating an argument from Lia to get the problem corrected. The service techician I dealt with Frank Contorno was very helpful. He had said they would analyze the issue and I may be responsible for the repairs. Frank called me after their inspection and told me that the repair would be completely free of charge and would be done that day. I was called and went to pick up my car all repaired. What I thought was going to be a major headache ended up being an almost pleasant experience. I feel that the way Frank Contorno handled this issue was exemplary and we left Lia Honda feeling like our problem was properly and promptly corrected.
