Service was ok but not great. I had a prior service performed at Braman Honda of Palm Beach, and the quality of attentiveness and care was far superior to that of this dealership I had a prior service performed at Braman Honda of Palm Beach, and the quality of attentiveness and care was far superior to that of this dealership. Initially, I had to wait on line for about 10 minutes to meet with the service representative. I was told they were short handed which may or may not have been the case. On checkout, i had to see the Cashier and had to wait over 10 minutes as she was the only cashier and was tied up with another customer, this notwithstanding the fact that my service was a free service More

I have been going to this service center since I got back to NY and still doesn't dissapoint. With the place being clean and the wonderful staff who are direct and will keep you well informed on the approxim to NY and still doesn't dissapoint.
