I am just at a loss for words with how unbelievable the whole situation is. My wife hit a truck tire on the highway that was unavoidable for her. She brought the car in to get a new tire, and they sold us two new back tires and performed an alignment. All of which we paid for and assumed they got done. Three months later these brand-new tires are completely bald, and an outside mechanic was amazed we had not gotten into an accident yet. We bring the car back to Honda and they have the car the whole day to diagnose things. We called multiple times with no call backs and eventually just showed up. The car was sitting in the same spot where we dropped it off and they said they didn't get to it. It was over 10 hours there. They promised to look at it the next day and when they did, they said the alignment was way off and looks like it never got fixed. Now our trust in this place is lacking because they charged us for services they did not do and this was dangerous and could have led to an accident driving the car like this. They stated they fixed the issue now and it should be all fine. An electrical issue now arises with the dashboard and since our trust is broken, we decide to take it to a different dealership for evaluation. First thing they say while evaluating the car is the alignment is way off, even after giving Mt Kisco two chances to fix it already! Every time I call to talk to a manager, I get the same run around and they immediately say a manager is not available. They ask for my number, which I leave, and say someone will get back to me. They never call back. I am beyond frustrated. Bottom line this feels like fraudulent criminal activity. The communication is disrespectfully nonexistent. I have zero confidence in the service staff that they know how to repair cars. But worse is either their dishonest behavior or just their incompetence to get the job done right. Either way, save yourself the hassle and bring your car somewhere else because anywhere has got to be better than dealing with this. More

After looking on CarGurus and websites reading reviews I took a chance with Honda at Mt. Kisco. These guys are transparent, look me in the eye, gave me an amazing deal. Please save your time, those shady dealerships will have you in the ER after you see those hidden fees. Jeremy negotiated a low interest rate via Bank of America, lower payment that I can actually afford without catching a stroke trying to get that rent. Thank you, Thank you, thank you!!!!! This dealership demonstrated an alarming lack of professionalism from start to finish. Immediately after purchase, the vehicle began smoking while still on the dealership’s property. Despite clear professionalism from start to finish. Immediately after purchase, the vehicle began smoking while still on the dealership’s property. Despite clear evidence, staff initially attempted to dispute what happened instead of taking responsibility for a vehicle that failed instantly. The purchase process itself was just as chaotic as the buyback that followed. Paperwork was repeatedly missing or incorrect, communication was effectively nonexistent, and I was forced to constantly follow up just to get basic information. Commitments were made and not honored. Even after confirming multiple times that everything would be ready, I arrived to pick up the buyback check only to find the required paperwork was not ready. Although the vehicle was eventually bought back, the process dragged on far longer than reasonable. Due to ongoing issues related to the check I kept following up for copy’s of all the paperwork of the original sale only to find out after many emails and phone calls that everything was shredded. At every stage, the burden was placed on me to chase answers and ensure progress, something no customer should have to do, especially after purchasing a defective vehicle. This experience raises serious concerns about quality control, internal organization, and accountability. If a vehicle can fail immediately and if basic documentation cannot be handled correctly then I strongly urge anyone considering this dealership to proceed with extreme caution and to document everything.
