I always had a problem here in the repair department with my Pilot. They would always say something was wrong and try to get my money. I was hoping they wouldn't do it when I was looking for a new car, that my Pilot. They would always say something was wrong and try to get my money. They told me how much they were giving me for my trade in that I had just bought 8 months before, after looking at all the paperwork they email you!! Because they don't print it out for you, it was $10,000 less than what they offered. Watch those people they will play you then act like you're stupid and don't know what you're talking about!! I even accepted and paid for the oil changes, tire rotations deal and was told by the lady, the next day when I signed the papers that I could use it at any Honda dealer because I told her I was moving to the west coast. Then I found out, it's only good at Luv dealers. All of the higher ups are the rudest and don't care about you. The man that i was working with on picking my car was so nice I will say that! They had to reimburse me today for what they pulled on the oil changes and tire rotations, sad thing is I signed it to be reimbursed but there was 2 higher ups in the room with me arguing over who was gonna sign it with me. That there told me something too. More
