I always had a problem here in the repair department with my Pilot. They would always say something was wrong and try to get my money. I was hoping they wouldn't do it when I was looking for a new car, that my Pilot. They would always say something was wrong and try to get my money. I was hoping they wouldn't do it when I was looking for a new car, that was my fault, they did it again. They told me how much they were giving me for my trade in that I had just bought 8 months before, after looking at all the paperwork they email you!! Because they don't print it out for you, it was $10,000 less than what they offered. Watch those people they will play you then act like you're stupid and don't know what you're talking about!! I even accepted and paid for the oil changes, tire rotations deal and was told by the lady, the next day when I signed the papers that I could use it at any Honda dealer because I told her I was moving to the west coast. Then I found out, it's only good at Luv dealers. All of the higher ups are the rudest and don't care about you. The man that i was working with on picking my car was so nice I will say that! They had to reimburse me today for what they pulled on the oil changes and tire rotations, sad thing is I signed it to be reimbursed but there was 2 higher ups in the room with me arguing over who was gonna sign it with me. That there told me something too. More
