DEALERSHIP IS BEAUTIFUL. IT IS VERY CLEAN AND WELCOMING. I WAS GREETED WITH A WARM AND FRIENDLY WELCOME AS I ENTERED. JORGE GARCIA WAS VERY HELPFUL. HIS KNOWLEDGE OF HIS WOR IT IS VERY CLEAN AND WELCOMING. I WAS GREETED WITH A WARM AND FRIENDLY WELCOME AS I ENTERED. JORGE GARCIA WAS VERY HELPFUL. HIS KNOWLEDGE OF HIS WORK MADE THE PROCESS QUICK AND VERY EASY. I WAS ABLE TO COMPLETE ALL DOCUMENTATION WITHIN 24 HOURS. I BEGAN THE PROCESS ON JUNE 22 AND I WALKED OUT WITH A BRAND NEW HONDA ON JUNE 23. HOW EXCELLENT WAS THAT! IN ADDITION, JORGE TOOK THE TIME TO EXPLAIN ALL OF THE FEATURES OF THE CAR, HE ANSWERED ALL OF MY QUESTIONS AND ASSURED ME THAT HE IS AVAILABLE AT ANYTIME IF I HAD ANY QUESTIONS OR CONCERNS. I didn't like that all documents were presented on a digital device and signed on the device & no copies of the documents were given to us. I have requested paper copies of all of the docs. to be mailed digital device and signed on the device & no copies of the documents were given to us. I have requested paper copies of all of the docs. to be mailed to me. Also I received a few documents in my email which I did not see nor sign but they have my initials electronically placed on them. They have an incorrect amount for the price of the car & conflicting information on them. When I have time I will ask them to clarify the intent of these 7 pages about tire care & random other repair offerings. More
