I'm not sure if it is nye or Ford Motor Company that continues to say nothing is wrong with my truck when at the beginning I had no issues with transmission until roughly 2,000 miles then continue to tell me nothing was wrong then they change the transmission had no issues for a short period of time then continued to have transmission issues with slamming into gear or out of gear return truck tonight approximately a week ago they said they could not find anything but ran diagnostic it stopped for a short period of time now continues to slam into gear downshifting again no matter what review I leave or telling Ford Motor Company or not that there is an issue I continue to get pushed off very good way to keep a customer to me I should be compensated for this like pay for half of my extended warranty so I have something to use to have this truck fixed every few months

His help was invaluable for without it it would’ve been harder for me. I trust him as a service advisor for he has vast experience & knowledge that he knows what has to be done in serving the needs of a customer’s car. It is because of Darren that I keep coming back to Cortese Ford for service & buying a newer car.

Beginning in October 2024, the audio in our brand new - LFS91

Beginning in October 2024, the audio in our brand new Ford Escape PHEV purchased at Empire Ford in Huntington began working only intermittently. After three trips to that shop in which they had the car for a total of about five weeks, they did not repair it, even though each time we picked it up we were told it was fixed. Then the Navigation Fault showed up. I called Ford corporate. Tech there said take it to a different shop. Best advice ever. Steve understood the problem, the audio was fixed with updates in one visit, and the navigation fixed the next week. As I waited, Steve kept me (as well as everyone else waiting) frequently updated on progress. He is a consummate professional and has a great tech team working with him. Steve will be in charge of all our future maintenance work.

Recently I visited Brewster Ford in search of a used pickup truck and had the pleasure of meeting and working with Michael Rose. Although my budget was lower than the class of truck I was seeking, Michael worked every available option to find the right fit. Michael was in constant contact throughout the search and made the process simple and enjoyable. In the end I didn't purchase a vehicle because it had become abundantly clear that what I was asking for was not feasible. I was in a 50k market with a 25k budget however, Michael has continued to stay in contact and has offered assistance if needed in the future.
