He quickly came by and assured us he called someone to attend to us. He checked on us 2 times and although no one came, he came over to help us as soon as his customers left. Researched a few Kia dealers in the area, chose Fort Bend. We needed to help my brother in law purchase a car while I was in town for the holidays. I messaged Raymond the BDC manager and he set me up with Joshua when I got there. He showed us 2 cars and we chose one, got us a great price on the trade, honestly more than we expected, and we finalized the paperwork with Luis, who got us a great deal on the extended warranty. My brother in law didn’t want to buy a car, but did need one, and we definitely got a pretty good deal and a set up on his old Kia Soul. I would highly recommend Raymond, Joshua, and Luis.
