If you are considering buying a car I cannot recommend Lloyd enough! I was in a really tough spot with my car and had been searching for a new one for nearly two months before meeting Lloyd and I thank th Lloyd enough! He was kind, patient and honest which, I found in my search, are rare qualities in car dealerships. The last three purchases working with Lloyd Facen was awesome, and the current purchase was exceptional! Lloyd became a super hero to a 21 yea old buying her first car. I'm thoroughly impressed with Mr. Lloyd’s exceptional sales and marketing skills. Having purchased four cars from different dealerships, I can confidently say that I've never encounte Lloyd’s exceptional sales and marketing skills. Having purchased four cars from different dealerships, I can confidently say that I've never encountered a salesperson as patient, polite, and customer-centric as him. Despite knowing I was exploring other options, he consistently checked in with me, demonstrating remarkable respect and kindness. His persistence and dedication ultimately led me to purchase a vehicle I hadn't initially planned for. I wholeheartedly recommend Mr. Lloyd facen and would give him a 10-star rating if possible. I won't comment on the finance since the first time I visited the dealer I never liked the guy who was in finance. He was speedy and doesn’t give a customer time for expressions. However, I'd be more than happy to refer Mr. Lloyd to anyone in the future. More
