Today (my car is still there in service) just confirms what I've thought about each time I've had my XC90 in for service. My car has a dash warning light on. We drop it off today. We receive the text chain estimate after agreeing to a $249 diagnostic fee. They of course want me to pay $940 for 2 tires. Hilarious. I decline. The reason for the dash light is the VCM backup battery needs to be replaced. I looked. It's less than $100 from Volvo on the Volvo site right now. Autobahns price is $158.00. Labor to do the work is $649.00. I call them - ask how long to replace the part. I'm told 2 hours. I watch the YOUTUBE video - it's less than 10 minutes. It's really 5 minutes but they pause to talk in the video quite a bit. So I'm paying $807 to replace a part that costs under $100 from VOLVO. I pay premium pricing all the time - but this is a joke. So this is why I NEVER take the car to the dealer if I can have someone (like a Christian Brothers) do the work for 30-50% of the price. BTW - in fairness to them the experience to buy the car in 2021 was very positive. More

I was given the car at night everything is tactics. I have pictures if needed, I should’ve listened to the credit union lady that helped me when she said “leave they are not being professionals with you.” I really believed what they had said. If I could I would return the vehicle even though I love it! I feel so dumb because I was intimidated.. More

We tried multiple times for two weeks to get the salesman and manager to contact us about a 3rd party document that was snuck into our sales documents. There was also an issue where the car they sold us for one price was suddenly offered later that day for $2500 less. It was the same car with the same VIN number. I felt this a was very suspicious practice. Overall, our sales experience was very disappointing, but most of all we were so discouraged when we could never get a response from the dealership about our concerns. I was also told by the salesman he would check on adding a feature to the vehicle, but never received a call about that either. Beware of purchasing here. They are very eager to sell, but have no desire to respond to any concerns you might have after the sell.. More
