I was interested in purchasing a vehicle, particularly a RAV4. I was reviewing available inventory online, and after finding a RAV with everything I wanted, I started reviewing the various dealers. After my review, I reached out Toyota of Cedar Park to inquire if a RAV was still available. As I live 3 1/2 hours away, I told them I would be to Cedar Park the following day, and asked that if the vehicle I wanted was sold, to call me prior to me driving that distance. They called me around 9 PM and said the vehicle was still available. So I drove the 3 and a half hours bright and early. I was met by Sales Advisor, Alejandro Rojas. Alejandro was fantastic to work with. He was personable and attentive to my wants and needs. Together, we reviewed the RAV, inside and out, then went for a test drive. After the test drive we settled down to the math. We then came to agreement on the terms of the sale and proceeded. Alejandro then kept me in the loop as to what steps happens next. My experience was awesome at Toyota of Cedar Park!!!!!!!! Alejandro was fantastic to work with and was very transparent as to the buying process. I would also like to praise Dave in the used car business office as he was very helpful, quick and very efficient with the paperwork etc. I was also very impressed with the entire staff and facilities at Toyota of Cedar Park. Probably the best and most efficient car buying experience of my life. THANK YOU Alejandro and entire team!!!!!!

I came in to take advantage of the $39.95 alignment deal, complete a routine recall, and to get a road debris puncture sorted out for my tire. With a history of great service from Patrick Kelley, I asked for him again and he came as soon as he was available. Patrick took down the notes from my appointment and walked me through the recommended service options for my mileage. He was very professional and personable as we talked through the service items I needed for today's visit. The work was completed in a timely manner and he was quick to respond with a phone call when I called back later to check the status. Thanks Patrick!

The technicians have done expected work as well as a multipoint inspection to determine additional work needed due to mileage. I have been pleased with the work done and the time needed to do the engaged service. I have not been pressured to have service done that I wasn’t prepared to authorize.

Inquired about a 2022 Lexus RX350 with Bryce Hartis and I wanted to thank him for his time and responsiveness. We weren't able to make a deal sadly, as it was a car we were extremely interested in but Bryce did a great job with his help. Only feedback id say is next time, have your customers come down. We were willing to make a 3.5 hour drive to buy a vehicle and work out a deal. Text messaging numbers is different than having a customer in person. We were willing to put down a $500 deposit to hold the vehicle as well but sadly the management team declined our initial offer without a counter offer. However 100% would recommend working with him! Thank you Bryce!
