Recently purchased a M340 from BMW of Lancaster. I was comparing between several other dealers in the area for the right car but the experience I received from Faulkner was far better than what I had receieved from other dealerships. I worked with Seth Lewis who was always responsive to my questions and was extremely flexible as I seemed undecided with what the best option was. He was honest and never once tried to sell me the more expensive option but tailored is opinion to what was right for me, that was greatly appreciated. He never pushed me into anything nor make me feel a burden when I had questions or felt undecided. He was extremely accessible by text and always responsive. I highly recommend him to anyone. The process was always great and Christine from finance was transparent and made sure to do her best to get me the best terms possible. Plus she had a great sense of humor! The car detailing upon delivery was the best I had ever seen! A shoutout to the detailing team. I got a great walk through of the car tech features from I believe it was Deshawn (sorry if i misspelled or got the name wrong) he was extremely helpful and great to talk to about cars and my new bmw! Shoutout to the team!

Without a doubt the worst car buying experience I’ve ever had. They sold me a car that shouldn’t have passed state inspection with a hole in the muffler and a frozen brake caliper. The GM refused to take my calls. Several voicemails went unanswered. Stay far away from this dealership! They rip hard working people off and basically laugh in your face. I have bought many, many cars, and this was the worst, and it’s not even close. There are tons of good dealerships out there that will do the right thing, this isn’t one of them.

Brandon Repovz has helped me find the right vehicle every time 3 out of the 12 total I’ve purchased. John Mizik is a star have known him for many many years and absolutely love his personality. Overall A&L is a great place to go for not just BMW but any pre owned car truck or SUV. 5 stars for sure!!

Worst customer service I have ever received from a Dealership. I have owned over 10 BMWS dating back to 1977. Decided to lease the last BMW, and called Peter Kompotiatis a month prior to the lease expiring. I left 3 messages and my wife 2. with only 1 return call stating that the car was due back in April 30. I surely would have purchased or leased another BMW, but after the lack of response NEVER again From Sun Motors. I explained this to the sales agent and is only excuse was Peter is very Busy. TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE I WILL BE GOING TO APPLE OR ANOTHER BMW DEALER

Greg Locastro , is a one of a kind salesman, he understands what the customers want before they Grace his doors and that is, the use of technology, a short 360 clip of the vehicle. That in itself was priceless. He explained every details with ease, to the point the sale was effortless. He was extremely attentive and complementary. We were offered beverages from the staff from the moment on to the end of the journey. The perfect surprised was the reveal with the big red bow. In itself I can say Greg and Jocelyn became a team. She also helped with the Genius technology with CarPlay for my husband and I. I can count on BMW to deliver again and again, as this is our 2nd BMW, X1 , but 3 German cars in total. One Price, One hour , One person! This is the dream car for anyone serious enough to tackle the BEST in the business. I dare you! I believe and I recommend buyers to at least own one of these superb vehicles for a weekend stroll with their love ones besides an everyday family car. Best service Ive experienced with BMW. Went to several dealerships in the DC/Northern Virginia area and was very dissapointed with the lack of service, respect and attention shown by the salespeople. Beth worked to find me the car i wanted and have it brought in from another dealer, and was very straightforward and open in negotiations. No nonsense, very friendly, even adjusted the price on an add-on item to honor a quote we had been give, without me even asking for the price adjustment. Would like to go back for future BMW purchases as long as I live in the northeast. The drive was worth the great service.
