Service personnel very courteous and competent. On first service call for my 20 year old X-3 my problems were not fully understood and thus a second appointment was necessary, but both technician a On first service call for my 20 year old X-3 my problems were not fully understood and thus a second appointment was necessary, but both technician and service rep went the extra mile and found and repaired the broken part. Steering is a bit harder since, but assume this due to knew parts and general resetting of devices. Thank you More

On 7/24/26 Sewickley BMW provided an oil change and an 18 point inspection on my new X7. The service department was professional and pleasant to work with. The service was done in a short 45 minutes.
