From the test drive through to signing, the whole experience was smooth and easy from start to finish. No pressure, no rushing - just a team that knows what they’re doing. They genuinely make the whole process easy, and they treat you like family. I know that sounds like something out of their own marketing copy, but it’s true… I keep coming back and don’t mind the extra drive for service because I trust them. Hi I was in the market for a low mileage used car, Using CarFax and Auto Trader I chased several dealers without success. I would send an email asking for their OTD price and worksheet for same. Every dealer except Daniels gave me a song and dance and wanted to pump me for information to tailor the deal in their behalf. David Simoes came forward with the information that I wanted. After the test drive, we determined a minor issue that needed to be addressed. His service dept agreed to the repair at the asking price of the car. It was delivered to me as promised. I can't say enough about David and Daniels BMW. This was not a high price deal for a used car, but he treated me with respect and made it easy to go forward with the purchase. I would have no problem buying a BMW from this dealership when treated this well for a lesser purchase. More

We appreciated David working through the numbers WITH us, finding every discount we qualified for and not making us haggle for a better price. Other dealerships we visited the salesperson kept going away to get numbers from the finance manager, giving us plenty of time to change our minds about buying from them.
