I never felt as though I needed to initiate a call the several months I was waiting for my car to arrive at the dealership. I truly wish I lived closer to the dealership so I could come in for my service. I have no doubt service is awesome there as well. Rob in financing made the ouch part of the deal very informative, loved the computer screen presentation and his delivery of info is amazing. He gave us more information about the BMW corporation as a whole that made us feel confident we would be well taken care of 2 hours away. Fun talking to him. Even on a Saturday, a last minute pickup, Rob, Kerry and service went out their way to apply an extra detail to the car . Appreciated!
