Went in to see how much i could get for my 2023 Gr 86, did not expect to leave with a truck, sat down with Alejandro, great guy, explained everything simple and to the point, showed me a 2025 Tacoma, i was looking for one but they didn't have one before, but that night they did, i really liked it, did all the paper work, was in out in a minimum of 2-3 hours, 10/10 experience. Ghulam was increible with the finance as well, again simple, i knew what i was getting and everything, two great guys, loved it.

I felt like grinding a brick wall dealing with those people until I contacted Besa. Shortly after, James got back to me offering assistance. A really bad customer service even when you want to buy a new car! Took a week to hear back from them even when paid a deposit! I visited this dealership on Monday and paid a deposit for a new Rav4-hybrid. I was supposed to be informed about the car in 1-2 days, but here is what happened (they waisted my time and money and missed the chance to sell 2, or even maybe 3, new cars in less than a month): 1- Visited the dealership, chose two options (from which I wanted to get the one available the soonest), and paid deposit. 2- I was supposed to be informed in 1-2 days about which car and when I would have. 3- I didn't hear back till Thursday when I contacted them and the sales person told me that she would follow up and would let me know asap. 4- I didn't hear back again and called them 4-5 times Friday morning and still couldn't talk to the sales person. 5- After showing my frustration and telling them that I would go somewhere else, I could talk to the sales woman. 6- She told that those car are not available and/or will be available much later! She also told me that it might be faster if I choose another color (I was already fine with gray, white, and blue). I told her that I'm open to other colors as well and she told me that she would contact me shortly, after checking the inventory. 7- After two hours that she didn't call and I contacted her again, she said that there are no cars available!
