So it started off that I brought my Land Rover Range Rover to the Land Rover dealership. They had my car for four weeks because my heat wasn’t working. They gave me a bill and they refused to take my car back when I told him it wasn’t working properly so having three Toyotas From Empire autoGroup I called Kieth Drago and without hesitation he said bring the car into the service department will take care of it right away. They literally found the problem within a couple of hours and the next day I was able to pick up my car and the heat has been working fantastic for two weeks now. We purchased a 2025 RAV4. Our salesperson, George Belliveau was very affable, attentive, knowledgeable and helpful. George provided all that we needed to make our decision, and spent ample time with us (once the car arrived) showing us how all of the features worked. The only complaint that we have with the process would be the total cost of the car and lack of availability to obtain many features without having to either purchase full packages or upgrade - neither of these complaints are the fault of the dealer but of Toyota corporate. Regarding availability of specific features, I believe that Honda does a better job with this.

The service provider was kind. But it’s a pretty long wait even when you have an appointment. Just went in for inspection. They said it takes a few mins but I had to wait for the people in front of me. The wait isn’t too long if you go really early in the morning.

I felt like grinding a brick wall dealing with those people until I contacted Besa. Shortly after, James got back to me offering assistance. Within a few weeks the issue was resolved and I got what they owed me. Cudos James and Besa! The best service reps I've ever dealt with, period!

Yesterday, I had the absolute pleasure of working with Heather from Della Toyota in financing my first SUV. Like many people, I entered the car dealership with some anxiety, as buying a new vehicle can be a very stressful and uneasy process. Heather instantly put me at ease, showing clear determination in finding the perfect vehicle to suit my needs, at a cost I was comfortable with. At no time did she ever come off as pushy or like a stereotypical car salesperson. She has remarkable knowledge, interpersonal skills, and charisma, ensuring at no point did I feel worried or uncomfortable. The same can be said of Mitch Danussi from the finance department. I expected he would pressure me into all the bells and whistles I had neglected to budget for. Instead, he displayed thorough knowledge of each available add-on, while efficiently breaking down the pros and cons for each. The whole process took roughly an hour, and I went home with an SUV I am absolutely thrilled about. I can't recommend the team at Della Toyota highly enough!
