West Herr Toyota of Rochester

This journey started when West Herr Toyota emailed me a week or so ago to tell me that I might be able to purchase a new Camry for the same monthly payment (or even less) than I was paying for my then-curr week or so ago to tell me that I might be able to purchase a new Camry for the same monthly payment (or even less) than I was paying for my then-current Camry, which I had also bought from West Herr. I connected with Shane, whom I had worked with during my last car purchase, and we settled on a Camry SE. I did a credit application online and was approved. As that was a Friday, Shane was going to be on vacation the following week, and the car we had settled on wasn't yet available, Shane told me that one of his assistants would contact me on Monday once the car arrived. Jon contacted me on Monday and we set a time on Tuesday morning at 10 for me to go to the dealership. I went on Monday at 10am, but Jon was a no-show. Paul Williams then worked with me to get the process moving. I drove the Camry SE and liked it! Paul connected me with Stephen to go over details for the loan. My new car was then made ready,. At this point Jon showed up. A lady whose name I cannot remember came out to have me sign the various documents, I transferred my personal stuff from my "old": Camry to my new one. Soon after that, I was done. Overall, I was very pleased with everyone I worked with and with West Herr in general. Shane and Paul were very good as salespeople. Stephen and I worked out a loan timeframe that we both could agree on, and quite professionally. The lady whose name I cannot remember (sorry!) was very pleasant and professional when I signed the documents. Jon was one for the time he was there, but I was never told why he didn't meet me when we had agreed to meet. I'd highly recommend West Herr Toyota as a place to buy a car and to have one serviced (as I had been servicing my previous Camry there since buying it in 2023. More
