I was hoping that my experience would be good because it's in Morris County but I was disappointed. I believe my salesman was Chad. Instead of showing me the car that I seen online less than twenty minutes of me coming to the dealership, the car magically disappeared per Chad. I went home and went online to see it still there and available. My salesman kept trying to force me to take a car that he suggested rather than showing me cars within my budget. He told me that I would be paying more money a month for a car however the car that he wanted me to settle for was for the same amount of money. I walked away and felt like I did not get that from this dealership. I left extremely disappointed.

Terrible Dealer. Selling Certified Pre-owned with problems. Cedric Business Manager is Terrible lied about price on extended warranty. Went back to get extended warranty wanted to charge me $1000 more. Purchased a vehicle that had dry rotted strut bushing and broken motor mount and oil leak. Made noise after 1 day took back. Was told by Advisor it's 11 years old you will hear noises. J said bull. Forman drove vehicle and stated was struts or control arm. He lubed the strut bushing and said didn't hear noise after driving again. They did order parts new struts and come to find out a broken motor mount. Still making noise in front. Took back said normal. New tires wearing inside and out but said normal. Told them didn't want vehicle. Used Car Manger told me all used vehicles if things are not broken they don't fix.
