I came across Adrian trying to deal with a noise coming from my car. After my first interaction when he told me he was the general sales manager at the dealership. He was humble and he listened. I told h from my car. After my first interaction when he told me he was the general sales manager at the dealership. He was humble and he listened. I told him about the car noise that the technician could not reproduce, he immediately got in the car and told me to get in and show him the sound. We drove around for 30 mins before the car noise started. I honestly cannot imagine a car salesperson let alone a general sales manager going the extra mile. My satisfaction level with the whole experience shot up to 100%, all due to Adrian. More
