I was at Phillipsburg Easton Honda body shop to detail my car to trade it in for a new car. Anthony Cangelosi the manager of the body shop told me to see Tony "Banks" Innarella. Anthony called Tony and he was there at the body shop to meet me in minutes I was at 3 other Honda dealerships and I was most comfortable working with Tony. Going back and forth negotiating prices and different add on packages I got him to a deal that I was comfortable with. I was a hard negotiator and put him through a lot and he never got annoyed. He is very pleasant and funny man to deal with because we joked around a lot. Because I was there for a long time to finalize the deal I was given 66% reduced price on Platinum Plus coverage which covers my vehicle from A- Z. After I took possession of my vehicle I went to Tony many many times to ask him questions and help with features on my vehicle that I did not understand. He was very helpful. I was hoping that my experience would be good because it's in Morris County but I was disappointed. I believe my salesman was Chad. Instead of showing me the car that I seen online less than twenty minutes of me coming to the dealership, the car magically disappeared per Chad. I went home and went online to see it still there and available. My salesman kept trying to force me to take a car that he suggested rather than showing me cars within my budget. He told me that I would be paying more money a month for a car however the car that he wanted me to settle for was for the same amount of money. I walked away and felt like I did not get that from this dealership. I left extremely disappointed.

Open Road Honda made getting a new lease very easy. I've been with Honda since 2019 and this is my 3rd Honda. I usually go to North Jersey to return my lease but, this will be my new place moving forward. Sergio was my salesperson and not only was he professional, but he was transparent and honest. I was so hesitant to even step foot into a dealership, I thought I was going to get into another lease and roll over, over $10k into a new lease but Sergio, Jason, and Wanyela all worked together, back and forth with the bank to figure out what they can do for me, to get into a new car, and not have to roll over all that negative equity into the new lease. This is why I felt so comfortable and safe with Sergio, Jason, and Wanyela. They cared about my finances and he knew a way to get me into a new lease with the monthly payment I wanted to be around. They work great as a team! I love my new Honda Prologue! Sergio picked a great car for my family and I.
