Darien and Ernie helped get me into a new-to-me vehicle - jennipherelane

Darien and Ernie helped get me into a new-to-me vehicle and my credit isn’t the best so I was grateful that they were willing to work with me!

At 50, I’ve bought my fair share of vehicles, and I have - garybreckenridge88

At 50, I’ve bought my fair share of vehicles, and I have to say—this was one of the smoother experiences. I picked up a Chevy Silverado from Budget Motors and it’s been solid. Clean, well-maintained, and priced right. The staff was respectful and didn’t waste my time. Wouldn’t hesitate to buy from them again.

Eric was amazing! - Jackieinnabi

Eric was amazing! He was pretty busy with other customers every time we went in but he never made us feel like we weren’t equally important. He was kind, patient, and thoroughly explained everything. He was the first person out of 6 cars I’ve purchased to ever put a bow on my new car (and I didn’t even have to ask him to do it!). Just overall really great experience and a good guy.

Jae Baik is awesome. - Jeremy S. Baka

Jae Baik is awesome. I was exchanging my Q5 for a newer model and Jae promised to make the process as smooth and painless as possible--not all this back and forth stuff. He spoke honestly and directly the whole way through--not just a bunch of sales talk. He did what he said he was going to do, told me what to expect and what not to expect, and played it straight. I ended up with the car i wanted and at a price i could afford. Well done, Jae.

Due to unforeseen circumstances, I found myself needing - KSANG

Due to unforeseen circumstances, I found myself needing to replace a car I had thoroughly enjoyed for many years. This set me on a two-week quest of visiting dealerships, test-driving cars, and seeking recommendations and advice from friends and family. After an extensive search and considerable due diligence, all roads (no pun intended) led me to Fletcher Jones Imports Las Vegas. I am very pleased they did. From my first point of contact to the moment I drove my new Mercedes home, the service experience was impeccable. I would like to thank Sales Advisors Tyler Cloud, Nir Weiss, Chris Monzo, and Rafael Mendez for helping me thoughtfully consider which model would be the best fit for my needs and priorities. Their knowledge, patience, and willingness to listen made the decision-making process both enjoyable and reassuring. Travis Markley stayed in touch throughout my search and the buying process, ensuring that Fletcher Jones Imports Las Vegas remained “top of mind” without ever making me feel pressured. Tyler Dawson, General Sales Manager, and Michael Nedelcu, Finance Manager, did an excellent job explaining the various purchasing options and complementary service packages. They made certain that I was not only acquiring the perfect car for my needs, but doing so under the circumstances that best suited my lifestyle. Once the car was purchased, Vaite Stradomski took the time to introduce me to the myriad safety, technology, and luxury features of my new Mercedes, ensuring I felt comfortable and confident before leaving the dealership. As I prepared to drive away, Kam Garrett was meticulously detailing my car, ensuring that my new Mercedes looked as exceptional as it felt. His attention to detail was a fitting final touch to an extraordinary purchase experience. Finally, within 12 hours of my purchase, Nick Stark, Service Advisor, reached out personally and provided me with his email address and mobile number. That kind of proactive follow-up speaks volumes about the level of customer care at Fletcher Jones. Every step of the way, the Fletcher Jones Imports Las Vegas team was attentive, professional, thoughtful, and genuinely committed to my satisfaction. What could easily have been a stressful experience became an exceptionally positive one. If you are in the market for a new or pre-owned vehicle, I highly encourage you to begin your search with Fletcher Jones Imports Las Vegas. After two weeks of searching and considerable due diligence, I can say with confidence that I am delighted with where all those roads ultimately led me.

I just bought from Findlay Cadillac and I couldn’t be - jbarboza7612

I just bought from Findlay Cadillac and I couldn’t be happier. Mike Waldman went above and beyond. He didn’t rush me, answered every question about trims and features, and found me the right Cadillac instead of just the most expensive one on the lot. Findlay Cadillac made it easy. Transparent pricing, no games, and the finance team was just as straightforward. It felt like working with someone who actually cared about getting me into the right car. If you want a no-stress car buying experience in Henderson, talk to Mike at Findlay Cadillac. 10/10 would come back.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Hands Down One of the Best Dealership Experiences! - Pope021689

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Hands Down One of the Best Dealership Experiences! I purchased my new Dodge Durango on 10/10/2026, and from start to finish, this dealership made the entire experience smooth, easy, and enjoyable! Frances made sure everything was going smoothly throughout the process and made me feel comfortable from the very beginning. Jose made sure I wasn’t leaving without exploring every possible option. He took the time to go over my choices and really made an effort to help me find something that worked for me. Then came Chris, my last stop before driving off in my new Durango! I felt like I was catching up with an old friend. 😂 I almost forgot we still needed to wrap up the sale because the conversation was just that good! I can honestly say this dealership is hands down one of the best I’ve been to. The customer service, the teamwork, and the overall experience were top-tier. I drove away happy, excited about my new Dodge Durango, and loving every moment of it! A huge thank you to Frances, Jose, and Chris for making this such a great experience. I will absolutely be referring friends and family to this dealership in the future. If you’re looking for a dealership where people take the time to work with you and make the process enjoyable, this is the place to go! 🚙🎉
