The first time I came in I was just a baby who had no idea how credit worked with a beat up truck that definitely shouldn’t have been driven there, and Janet not only helped me into a car I could afford, but mentored me in how to raise my credit, so that when I was ready I could come get what I wanted, instead of just what I could afford. She doesn’t make you feel stupid for asking questions, and she always makes sure that you understand what’s going on so that you’re not just rushing into this blind.
