Our transaction continued well past closing time, and I kept apologizing for keeping everyone late. Their response? Essentially, "Let's get everything right before you go home!" They never made us feel rushed or like we were inconveniencing them. That level of care and commitment to getting everything right speaks volumes about this dealership and its team. Isaiah, the Technology Specialist, was also fantastic! He was incredibly patient, helpful, and thorough in walking us through the technology and features of our new Q8. He made sure we felt comfortable and understood everything before heading out. The entire team at Audi Henderson deserves recognition, too. From negotiating everything for me, to having everything ready for me after a 4 hour drive from SoCal. I was in and out in about 1.5 hours which isn't too bad with most dealerships these days.
