They were friendly, professional, and never made us feel pressured. Alan took the time to answer all of our questions, made sure we were comfortable throughout the entire process, and was especially kind and patient with our daughter. It really felt like they cared about us as people, not just as customers. The vehicle-buying process was one of the easiest and smoothest I’ve ever experienced. Everything was straightforward, efficient, and surprisingly quick, with no unnecessary hassle or games. I wasn't expecting much when we came to see the vehicle. I figured it would be the same horrific experience I've had so many times before. Bait and switch, or long hours of going back and forth in the finan I figured it would be the same horrific experience I've had so many times before. Bait and switch, or long hours of going back and forth in the finance office over paint protection... None of that happened here!!!! Alan was a complete professional and completely transparent from start to finish! He had the vehicle prepped and ready! He understood our needs and showed us all the features of the vehicle while my wife was driving. Even though we weren't buying a Lincoln, Alan made sure we got the full Lincoln experience! And if this is how every vehicle is sold at this location...I might be buying a few Lincoln's in the future! We've bought 8 vehicles in the last 10 years and this is by far the best dealership experience we've ever had! More
