I have an immaculate 2020 Lincoln Continental with only 52,000 Its always a pleasure to write a positive review about Service Rep. Keith Platt.. I have an immaculate 2020 Lincoln Continental with only 52,000 miles on it . . Recently my air conditioner stated to blow hot air. I brought my car into the service department at Gibson rd . In Henderson NV. Once again I was greeted by Service Rep Keith Platt. Keith always takes great care of me. I had to leave the car. When I picked my car up Keith explained exactly what the problem was . Now my air conditioner in my car blows so cold that I feel like I'm riding in a refrigerator. Now, I only have to put my air conditioner at level 2 instead of level 6 or above, Thanks to Service Rep, Keith Platt. I'm nice cool when driving and I'm saving lots of gas by not having to turn my A/C up to levels 6 and above . Keith Platt is an asset to Findlay Lincoln.
