When I told him the clock in the car was a day off after resetting it multiple times Owen said he would check it right away. In addition, Owen kept me in the loop for what the service technician was working on and the need for fluids typically added at 30k but he was not pushy about doing so. He was knowledgeable while communicating what the fluids were for and importance of certain intervals, but again sharing I could get by a little bit. There was no pressure -something I greatly appreciated. You are lucky to have Owen and the entire team!

Pulling into the service bay was easy, check-in was quick and organized, and I was promptly greeted by my service advisor, Derrick Belanger. Derrick was friendly, professional, and made the entire process effortless. The waiting area was clean, comfortable, and a pleasant place to spend about an hour while the work was being completed. The maintenance itself was finished right on schedule, and to top it all off, the service was covered under Honda’s maintenance program, making the visit completely free. It’s hard to ask for a better first ownership experience than that.
