I worked with him in that capacity to purchase an extended Maintenance Contract on the 2024 Clubman. Service here is fantastic. Kevin Cowden, Service Manager, is a longtime employee who gets to know his customers and takes good care of them. The same is true of Service Advisor, George Derjani. I have gone to MINI of Rockland for everything related to the Maintenance and Repair of both Clubmans; oil changes, batteries, inspections, even detailing. Video evidence and up-front pricing is always given for every repair or recommended service. Work doesn't proceed until you give approval. I can always get a fresh loaner when needed. And my car is always washed before it's returned to me. I trust the service team, and the technicians are MINI / BMW experts. I won't Service my MINI anywhere else. AndvI won't buy my next one anywhere else. More
