The service department took my car at my scheduled appointment time and had it ready for me when they said it would be ready. They even added some repairs and still finished when agreed. I am very pleased with the service at this Mini dealership.

They took a video of my car with a narrative of what the issues were and work needing done. They then listed that work with pricing, priority, and urgency levels, allowing me the opportunity to either do everything or only the absolute necessary. No surprises! I'll be back when other work is needed.
