I’ve been a long standing customer and on this last visit didn’t feel as if I got treated the way I should. My vehicle was serviced and after a week of having the loaner I called and asked for an update, spo didn’t feel as if I got treated the way I should. My vehicle was serviced and after a week of having the loaner I called and asked for an update, spoke with the Assistant Service Manager and was told that there was a text sent out on the same day as I brought it in that I felt I didn’t receive. My question was how is it possible that there was no additional follow up from the advisor if I dint respond, there should’ve been better communication. More
