Each time I have to bring my vehicle for service, Ferdy is always there to greet me with a smile and walks me to the waiting area and lets me know there is beverages and snacks if I need anything. If I decide to walk to Target or around the lot to check out the other vehicles, he will text and call me to let me know my vehicle is ready. He is always knowledgeable and great to work with! Ferdy, the service department and this dealership is definitely recommended.
