From start to finish my experience in purchasing my new vehicle was awesome. Josh really listened to my concerns, and never pressured me to buy what I couldn't afford. He showed me the new 2025 Kicks in the showroom complete with all of the modern features. Once I explained to him that at age 70 I was not interested in all of that technology and that I was much more comfortable with less technology, we talked about what features I would be comfortable having. Adam Hoyt, the business manager, gave his recommendations about some extra things I should consider adding. His informative explanations guided me in making the right choices which made me feel confident and secure in my decisions. All in all I am completely satisfied with the end result!!!

I stopped into Jannell Ford to explore trading in my Jeep Gladiator and switching over to a Bronco. I have owned several new vehicles over the past 20 years. My dealer experiences have been lackluster at best, so I had no expectations. Boy was I wrong. My salesman, Rob Silvia was fantastic! He was so knowledgeable and refreshingly honest. I even got to speak directly with the General Manager, Bill Roderick. He too was refreshingly honest and trustworthy. Needless to say, thanks to these two gentlemen, I am now a proud owner of a Ford Bronco. I usually leave a dealership feeling dirty or having been hoodwinked in some way. Not the case here. I am just excited to drive my new Bronco. Thank you so much Rob and Bill. I'm sure I'll be back when it's time for a new ride.

I came in to buy a Ford Maverick XL at or near MSRP. I clarified that I had low expectations, did not want any frills or extras, and they helped me make a factory order. Sure enough I got my simple basic reliable Ford Maverick XL a few months later. At every step in the process the people I interacted with were straight forward and honest. They offered me additional services but did not push anything. The day I came in to get my car, they rolled out a red carpet, put my name on a sign, and welcomed me into the building. The process was easy and pleasant. No better place to buy a car exists as far as I know

Had a great experience with Absolute Auto Sales. Purchased a used truck from them after seeing it on CarGurus, and am very happy. The price listed was what was offered, I felt as though it was a fair price (so I can not comment on the negotiation process) and I went to test drove it. No hassle, was able to give the truck a full inspection and put it through it's paces on the road and it was in the condition reported online. Upon noticing the truck had a slight shake during braking I asked about having the brakes done before purchase, which was happily accommodated and done for free. I financed through a 3rd party which was no problem for them, doc fee was reasonable, and they did not push when I declined the offered warranty. Lisa followed up with me throughout the week-long process of working out the financing on my end, and had everything ready to go when I returned to pick up the truck. Overall a very good experience and I would recommend to anyone.
