I had originally started working with Tyler, he was great to work with but he just happened to be off when I came to pick up my new Jeep. I was pleasantly greeted by Thomas, the sales manager. Shortly after I was introduced to Scott to help set up connective service. Scott was amazing to deal with, from the time I started speaking to him to the time I left, Thomas, the sales manager and Darlene, the finance manager were also incredible to work with. They were all more than happy to answer any questions I had, and gave me quick and accurate answers. I had expected to be there much longer than I actually was. Thank you all so much for your help!

My first contact, this time (I’m a repeat customer), was online to set up a test drive for a specific vehicle (Palisade Limited). I was contacted within the hour by a salesman, Tao, who arranged everything and was there waiting for me the next day at our agreed upon time - he even called me to confirm that morning which was nice. He discovered the vehicle I was interested in had actually been used as a dealer demo and had over 2,000 miles on it. He realized I may not want that exact vehicle because of that and took the time to search other dealerships for a similar vehicle with no miles and assured me that if I was still interested after I test drove the demo that he could have the one he found brought up to the Annapolis location by late that afternoon. Well, I loved the Palisade Limited and asked Tao to have the other one brought up. He did, I was back at the dealership at 4pm, test drive the new Palisade and was out the door with it not too long afterwards. I was trading in a 2022 Palisade SEL (which I loved), they offered me what I wanted for it and we worked out a price for the 2026 model all to my satisfaction. Chris in their Finance office was fantastic too! He was very friendly, knowledgeable and considerate. He made the entire purchase process painless which we all know is not always the case when buying a car. Before I left Tao made sure to go through all the new and upgraded options from my 2022 model and I left with my new SUV VERY HAPPY!!! I 100% recommend this dealership if you’re in the market for a new Hyundai!

We've been a Subaru Outback family for decades.. so there was little other option when we needed another vehicle for our new driver. The Crosstrek provided all the safety, security and longevity that we needed - so when I told Matt I was interested in a used Crosstrek with low mileage, single owner but most importantly: GOOD SERVICE RECORDS - he quickly found a few that would work for our family. Of course, I chose one that he didn't have on the lot but he was able to quickly retrieve it for us to test out within 30 minutes. Of course it fit everything I asked for.
