I had originally started working with Tyler, he was great to work with but he just happened to be off when I came to pick up my new Jeep. I was pleasantly greeted by Thomas, the sales manager. Shortly after I was introduced to Scott to help set up connective service. Scott was amazing to deal with, from the time I started speaking to him to the time I left, Thomas, the sales manager and Darlene, the finance manager were also incredible to work with. They were all more than happy to answer any questions I had, and gave me quick and accurate answers. I had expected to be there much longer than I actually was. Thank you all so much for your help!

Tom Hodges has been a good used car dealer for a long time. They still have a bit of the folksy Southern MD approach but they try very hard with at least 3 levels of management above your salesman somehow involved in the transaction. I believe not really necessary. Great facility, very friendly, and definitely service oriented. Owner's presence is very welcoming though this time we did not deal with him. He's very good finding the used car that you want, bringing it to the dealership for you to peruse and purchase if you would like.

I came here twice once earlier part of this week and today the first time I came, I was greeted by a guy, even though it was a very hot day. He offered me to test drive the car that I was looking at. I told him I will come back at the door a little research. I realize the car that I was at their lot I put in my application in the very next day Mr. Ron contact me He brought me in so that I can test drive the car and see if that’s really the car for me. I love it. I never had a salesman who took his times and show me all the features of the car. He was very polite and friendly. Thank you Mr. Ron I will be returning.
