Had five 'We Owe' items added to our new car. Everything turned out being 100%. But, I had to ask for the special 'star' wrench for the aero bars to be retrieved from the service area. The auto mirror came out showing a letter "C" instead of a direction. Nobody knew what it meant. I had to ask where the wheel key lock was located. Things that normally occur during purchase instead of at service. Ended up taking four hours. More
