Tom Hodges has been a good used car dealer for a long time. They still have a bit of the folksy Southern MD approach but they try very hard with at least 3 levels of management above your salesman someh time. I believe not really necessary. Great facility, very friendly, and definitely service oriented. Owner's presence is very welcoming though this time we did not deal with him. He's very good finding the used car that you want, bringing it to the dealership for you to peruse and purchase if you would like. More
