Tom Hodges has been a good used car dealer for a long time. They still have a bit of the folksy Southern MD approach but they try very hard with at least 3 levels of management above your salesman someh time. I believe not really necessary. Great facility, very friendly, and definitely service oriented. Owner's presence is very welcoming though this time we did not deal with him. He's very good finding the used car that you want, bringing it to the dealership for you to peruse and purchase if you would like. More

Everyone I encountered was courteous and professional. Mr. Hodges is very personable and enjoys interacting with all of his customers. Darius took great care of me. I wasn't going to make it back to the dealership before closing to pickup my vehicle, however, since I called and gave my ETA, the staff was willing to stay and wait for me.
