Che was incredibly polite and helpful in my recent visit to Hyundai Catonsville for my oil change service. After the technician had performed the service, Che came by with a list of recommended services that I might want to have done additionally or keep in mind for future visits. I appreciated that I wasn’t put into any position where I felt pressured to add on services right then and there. Che kept a very professional demeanor the whole time, and I truly felt like my opinion as a customer mattered and that the experience was about customer-focused attention and care. The new location is clean, well-stocked with beverages and snacks for customers who wait and a comfortable seating area with large televisions to help pass the time. It was perfect since I had my 3-year old with me as I waited for the service to be completed. The service was also done in under two hours. Thank you to the service team members at Hyundai Catonsville, especially Che, for my great (first, at the new location) service experience.

We had a great experience with Jay purchasing a Tucson. We had looked for a year for a compact SUV. Jay Rad was very helpful during test drives, providing useful information about features without being overbearing. He was also helpful with purchase. We were well prepared with KBB price information and had compared the out-the-door price from other dealers; the dealership was willing to meet the incentive offered by another dealership. We were clear that we did not want any extras, and were pleasantly surprised that the purchase was quick and no high-pressure delays in F&I office. Such a great place to go. We bought our first Jones vehicle in 2020 and still have it. Last Sept 2023, we brought my cousin and he got a car. Just went back today 3/20/24 and within a couple of hours left in a brand new 2024 Hyundai Tucson with 19 miles on it. This was a gift for my Mother and she LOVES it. Parked in driveway and handed her the keys. A special thank you to Alyson who helped me out on the Facebook Messenger (I responded to one of their facebook ads) and to Michael T Stender, the salesman who was literally at the door when I parked and got me in and out, the finance dept and Peter who handled the paperwork.

At third service interval (~22K miles) on my Palisade, service advisor told me "Hyundai recommends a four wheel alignment which will be $275, would you like to schedule that today?" That was when I was checking in and no one had even driven the car...I did not make a scene and replied "no". Great job Pohanka Service Department! Today, I went in to parts for an oil filter and an in-cabin air filter, the parts guy came back and told me that would be $91...I asked for a breakdown and he told me the in-cabin was $70 and the oil was $21; I walked out. OEM parts (check any Hyundai dealer that sells on-line) and the highest I found were $28.75 and $10.15 respectively (not including $15 shipping). So, adding in 6% MD sales tax, Pohanka was upcharging me no less than 82%. Way to go Pohanka Parts Department! I am sure the dealer will respond that somehow I am mistaken and how much they value their customers, I am not and apparently that value is very little.

Quick, straightforward negotiation, transparent pricing, knowledgeable sales staff, incredibly organized finance manager, quick process. The whole thing took 24 hours from us contacting them about the vehicle to driving off the lot. Could not be happier, would definitely recommend to anyone.

Please check your warranty package if you purchased a new vehicle from Pohanka Hundai be certain that you have the manufacture warranty. I purchased a new vehicle and I had EG Assurance with five warranties I didnt have the manufacturer warranty. And all of the warranties my signature was forged.
