Dealing with Sheehy Hyundai is exactly like buying cheap cologne on impulse: the top notes are aggressively strong, but it quickly fades into something you regret. When I first submitted interest in the Ioniq 9, their automated lead-gen hit me with four calls and two texts instantly. But the moment actual human intervention was required, the scent vanished. I called Byron for more info—no call back. A week ago, while servicing a Kona I previously bought from them for my parents, I spoke to Angela. She promised to appraise my current lease and get our family into an Ioniq 9 to replace our Kia Telluride. Two emails later? Total radio silence. I took my business elsewhere and immediately secured a 2027 Ioniq 9 in transit with a dealer who actually understands follow-up. Sheehy might be fine if you’re sitting hostage in their showroom, but their post-automation follow-through is fundamentally broken. Take it from a developer: your algorithm is dropping clients and my review from 5 to -1. No bueno. More
