Do not get service here, and I wouldn't buy a vehicle from them if this is how they do business. Completely unethical and dishonest. Quoted $635 for gasket replacement and $388 for spark plugs. Spark p More

Labor times and pricing are based on industry standards, and while certain repairs are performed in the same area, individual procedures and parts are itemized according to the manufacturer's service guidelines. Hazardous waste disposal fees are standard charges associated with the proper handling and disposal of automotive materials. We apologize for the delay in completing your vehicle regarding the revised completion time. We understand how frustrating that can be and that we could have communicated better. Your excuse for double dipping on labor is that individual parts and procedures are itemized according to manufacturer service guidelines? So you're saying one mechanic took the engine apart for the gasket and then put it all back together and another one took it back apart for the spark plugs? That doesn't sound very efficient... The point was, the spark plugs should have been 10 minutes of labor and should not be marked up from $10 each to $40 each. That is dishonest. It also should have already been marked down. Anyone who doesn't know what to look for, would have just paid you all twice for the same labor. (And I still did...as even $250 for spark plug replacement is insane after the labor is already completed under the gasket cost.) THAT IS A DISHONEST BUSINESS PRACTICE. CHANGE IT.

This is not my opinion. It is a fact you all tried to double charge for labor, and this is not the appropriate time to try to correct that. The time to have corrected it would be when I brought it up with your personnel and they did nothing. There is no justification for this. The labor of one part was covered under the labor of the other and you all charged me for both. which means you're charging everyone for both and the people who don't catch it are getting charged double labor. You are unethical and dishonest. There is no discussion that we could have that you would be able to justify this.

A transparent, accurate estimate, would be less than $100 for the 4 $10 spark plugs and 10 minutes of labor involved. It would also include language informing the customer that 95% of the spark plug labor is already included in the gasket replacement labor. THAT is what an honest dealership would do. Your transparent and "accurate" 🤣🤣🤣 estimate, charged for spark plugs as a stand alone line item. $388 is ABSOLUTELY INSANE even for the entire spark plug job. You all are out of your minds, and I will be letting everyone know this, personally and on every review site I can find. You all really should give your employees the authorization to make this sh*t right ON SITE... instead of the "that's above my pay grade" bullsh*t yours tried to give me.

For the hazardous waste bullsh*t...NO...that is included in the $375 (WAY OVERPRICED) transmission fluid service... If it isn't, then NO, you all do not provide transparent, accurate estimates, because this bogus charge was not on the estimate...which would inform the assumption that it is included in the transmission fluid service. It was added after your employee said all they could do was take $50 off... Or is it just a HUGE coincidence that something that was not shown on the estimate made its way onto the bill for 43 cents MORE than the credit you gave? What a joke of a response from you all.
