Great location & area to do a test drive in. Everyone was nice. They have a drink & snack machine & stuff to help keep the little ones occupied. My only complaint was it was warm in the building. It was a very hot day & I'm sure everyone's AC in Atlanta was doing it best to cool, it would have been nice if they had a few fans. I know this is not a typical topic when providing your experience, but the bathrooms were not only spotless, they were also beautifully designed. The tiles, colors & tile trim on the wall were very pretty. My experience with Nichelle Ellis was unlike any other I've had when purchasing a car. She was not pushy in any way shape or form. She was able to answer all of our questions. She's awesome at her job; she's a people person & it shows. She explained everything in layman's terms. We test drove the vehicle, went through the finance process & it took a total of 2 hrs & 10 minutes. Never have I purchased a vehicle in the short of time. I loved the relaxed atmosphere; don't get me wrong people were working but it wasn't the typical dealership feeling. Great job Echo Park Duluth, GA. I'll purchase any & all future vehicles here.

I paid cash for a 2022 Ford Escape 9-9-2026. The rear braked makes a moaning noise when to vehicle me is put in reverse. I took it back to the dealership on 9-21-2026 and was given a service bulletin stating it was cause by cold weather or high humidity. They said it was not a safety issue and it would be annoying. However, the service states what action could be taken to fix the issue. I’m very disappointed in the unconcern about my vehicle that I paid CASH for and the problem was taken so lightly. And I feel my review and concern will not be taken seriously. The noise is still there and I’m just having to deal with it
