Steve Newton, my sales guy, was great. No pressure from him, he let me drive the models I was interested in, and he answered all my questions. First of all, I would like to say it is a good sign when you have someone like Anahi Carrillo greet you with a great smile! She was very sweet and helpful. The dealership is beautiful and inviting. She has been great through this whole process, even with me pestering her! The finance lady, Santa Soto, was very helpful also, even though I didn't finance the car! And, last but not least,Tony Keels is great and very patient! I had some questions regarding the navigation system and he came out to explain it and several other things! I look forward to returning for my maintenance and hope that the service department is as good as the rest of the team! More

This is a beautiful facility, with welcoming staff, smooth and easy interactions. I requested a woman sales associate and got Hilda, who was very kind and professional. I was a bit disappointed that I ended up having to do negotiations and "the deal" with a man ( my issue, not his. He was fine.) but I later ascertained that HIlda was still training and so she was sort of shadowing him. For my own personal reasons, I preferred to work with a woman, so I wish that I could have done that from start to finish. HIlda's name isn't on the list yet for this review, but I give her five stars. Kagan was fine, but not what I requested. More
