Serious lack of customer service here - AME2019

Dropped by to look at a car I found online for sale - walked the lot for about 15 min with my son. Never saw a person - which I was actually a little thankful for as car salesmen are usually in your face the second you close your car door. Found a few we were interested in. Walked in and there was one man working that I saw, asked what we needed. Asked to take a look at Car #1 - was told "Sorry, someone put a deposit on that one. " Ok - what about Car #2. He basically tossed me the key and shooed me out. This car had NO BRAKES! Dodge Avenger - had to press the brake pedal all the way to the floor for it to SLOWLY stop. Brought it back and told him and his reply was, "Oh, I'll look into it." Sketchy.

THE OWNER (GARY) IS A JERK AND CHARGES OUTRAGEOUS PRICES... - FARMERJ

THE OWNER (GARY) IS A JERK AND CHARGES OUTRAGEOUS PRICES EVEN FOR A WRANGLER. I TRIED 2 TIMES TO BUY A CAR THERE AND HE JUST JERKED ME AROUND AND BAD MOUTHED HIS COMPETITORS AND BASICALLY TOLD ME THE SECOND TIME THAT I IF I BUY SOMEWHERE ELSE I'M AN IDIOT. I TOLD HIM I HEARD A LOT OF BAD THINGS ABOUT HIS DEALERSHIP TOO. HE GOT MAD AND STORMED OFF.

The customer service was excellent! Communication with the sales representative from my initial visit until the final closure was positive. I had the opportunity to take the car for a test drive without any hesitation. Lastly the paperwork was a smooth process. I’ll be back for my next purchase! Thanks!

Beware of this Delearship - sabrinaross01

Took car in for repair on reverse lights and the mechanic crossed wires causing the computer system to be damaged. First off Moses told me the car was on the lot for a couple of weeks (2), upon speaking with Shaun he said the car had been there for 7 months. NO BIG DEAL, but looking back this is where the issues began. I went ahead and purchased the car it was nice, had a lot of features. I fell in love when I first saw it. Moving on, a week later I had to take the car back because the turn signal blinker did not work, NO BIG DEAL! They didn't fix it; he said he would order another mirror for the car. I ended up having to take the car back again because the reverse lights were not working. NO BIG DEAL! The day I happen to take it back the mechanic had mysteriously quit!! Shaun informed me that he would have a new mechanic come in and let me know. To make a long story short the new mechanic there had no idea what he was doing . So he claims the issues were fixed, but upon leaving I noticed that the driver's side mirror is moving out of control not to mention the reverse lights are working only thing is the damn lights won't turn off now. About 15 minutes after that the car is cutting off in the middle of the street sometimes it will cut back on and other times it will not cut back on. I called Shaun back just for him to tell me it is not his mechanics fault. I ended up having the car towed to an Infiniti Dealer, who then explained to me that someone had messed the car up by crossing wires and the entire computer system needed to be repaired. So I then called Shaun to tell him that I just would prefer to not even have the car because of all the hassle it has caused me within a 2 week period. They agree to fix the car by sending it to Infiniti Dealership on 9/22/2014. Throughout the week I contacted United about the car and was informed that it was at the Infiniti Dealership. India in accounting some way or another worked her way into all these lies and deception..... I spoke to her and she told me it was at the dealership being repaired but she did not know which one and told me I needed to speak to Shaun about it. No more than 15 minutes later I called back because I needed answers and India then said you owe us some money so were not repairing the car until the you pay, the car is still at United, never went to the Dealership. Thankfully I had already called the bank and informed them of the issues that were going on at this car- lot and told them I didn't want the car anymore. The bank informed me that he also tried to contact them but received no called back. (Not surprised about that) I am just drained with the whole situation.

VERY UNPROFESSIONAL - nicole231

The car I bought was a 2013 Volkswagen Jetta that had 42,000 miles on it. Initially, I thought it was a great car and a great buy because of the price I paid for it. After a week and a half of driving the vehicle my check engine light started flashing. I took it to the Volkswagen dealership, since that is what I was instructed to do by this company and I had it inspected by a professional at Volkswagen. It turned out that my car that my car had very poor upkeep and maintenance done on it, although this place said that it was up to date on everything with the car. Both car fax and this place lied and said the engine parts, air filters, and brakes were new , but they all needed to be replace just after a week and a half of driving the vehicle. I went ahead and paid out of pocket to fix the car since I was no longer able to drive it due to engine malfunction. After I paid, I went back up to VC Cars Marietta to see if they would reimburse me for the money that was spent on fixing the car which was over $1,000 but they gave me an extremely hard time and were being very unprofessional. In the end, they ended up giving me back about half of the money I spent fixing what should have been fixed from the beginning.

very disappointed - car buyer

After looking for a car for almost 2 months and talking to the salesmen at Yes Auto several times I bought a cute little car. I increased my price several times so I could get a newer car with fewer miles. The car smelled great because it had just been detailed. Once the strong detail smell wore off the cigarette smell started to come thru. It is so strong I don't even want to drive the car. When I went back to complain they said they would have a guy call me who I could pay to have it detailed again. No one called me. This is not going to help. I am ready to sell the car I have only driven a couple hundred miles. Beware if you buy from them.
