Madison was unprofessional. Lied to me and said it was a requirement to setup the Honda link app in order to take possession of the vehicle. When I refused after her repeated Lied to me and said it was a requirement to setup the Honda link app in order to take possession of the vehicle. When I refused after her repeated failed attempt she told me I’m costing her $100. She also didn’t know anything about the vehicle (how to open the vent for the moonroof, synch ventilation etc). Did not spend any time reviewing the cars functions when I asked. Also didn’t reply to my repeated emails requesting she send me the window sticker, which remains unresolved. Only good thing for me is she stated that there is a 3 year bumper to bumper warranty which seems to conflict with what the finance manger said when he tried to upsell me when I was signing up. More
