Friendly staff and service was completed in reasonable amount of time. Also, received electonic notification when service was complete. The only suggestion for training purposes is the oil monitor system was not reset and instead of filling the oil with 15 quarts (capacity per Ford manual), the truck was filled with 13 quarts (I verified via oil dip stick and added two quarts to fill mark).

Best experience ever buying a car- is friendly, professional, honest and always looking for the best interest of the costumer. Very reachable and knowledgeable - definitely will look for him for my next LR Range Rover. Communication was via email, texts and phone calls. Drove from Ocala to Ft Myers (about 4 he drive) after he sounded very convincing -and no doubt about my decision - the best one for sure. And most of all no final surprises regarding the sale/trade numbers. And the best price on LR ‘s in Florida.

When at the dealership for service, there is a case manager given for a line of clear communication. Kim Moore has been the best associate that has taken the time to work with me for service. I have had my Karen moments due to previous distrust in my last dealership and being mismatched with another associate that was not the best match for me. This dealership and service department is a must check in with me for a new or used vehicle. The extended warranties' are the best investment that I have made from the dealership. It cost more on the top of the purchase price but they have more than paid for themselves in parts and loaners.
