My buying experience this time started at my local Buick dealership, test drove the 2025 Buick Enclave nice suv alot of cargo space. I have a 2019 Enclave thats the same size. after my test drive i was a little disappointed at the only engine choice is a 4 cylinder turbo. my old car had the V6. I didnt care for the 4 cylinder and decided to try the Sullivan Cadillac for a test drive. the 2025 XT6 offered the option of the v6 and it just drove the way i was hoping, anyway we bought a 2025 XT6 and the dealer had to go out of the area and bring one back with our options. the next day it was ready and Ronnie Rodriguez our sales consultant couldn't have been any more accommodating and efficient. everything went smoothly one of the best buying experiences i ever had.

Did all my negotiations with the Internet Sales Team, of course it's a back and forth, there main concern is to get you into the dealership. We aggred on an out the door price and met with Sales Associates Justin Smith to appraise the trade in and do the paperwork. It all went pretty smoothly, got there at 10:45Am and was out by 1PM (I did not finance). No hidden surprises, and that's what I greatly appreciate.

Angel the GM bent over backwards to help us find our new Cadillac Ct5…Dylan McBride our salesman was so helpful, informative; simply put he is a fine young gentleman who is a real asset to Wallace Cadillac. He called numerous times to let us know how the car search was progressing as the Ct5 was transferred from another location. He finished the paper work off very smoothly and was very insightful regarding all of the 2024 characteristics and updates. The Wallace Cadillac atmosphere is very professional…but if it wasn’t for Dylan McBride and Angel the GM we would have bought from another dealer…on one phone call to Wallace I was switched by phone over to Keanu Brown who ultimately put us through to Angel and Dylan McBride…a great team.
