Plaza Cadillac was established in October of 1995, and consistently ranks as one of the nation’s top Cadillac dealers for sales and customer satisfaction. Our primary areas of sales and service are here in Lake and Sumter counties, but many of our customers come from throughout the State of Florida.
We take tremendous pride in the level of service that we provide, and we do it by keeping in mind all of the expectations that our customers have for premium dealership. While on vacation in Canada with my 2025 Cadillac I hit an expansion joint destroying two tires, I presented my third party insurance to the dealership ( falls Cadillac, Niagara Falls) , they informed me t an expansion joint destroying two tires, I presented my third party insurance to the dealership ( falls Cadillac, Niagara Falls) , they informed me they did not accept the insurance in Canada. Upon returning to Leesburg I presented the bill ($ 1,400), and the policy to Service advisor Christie Cook, she spoke with the insurance carrier about my claim, initially they refused to pay, Ms Cook , in my opinion, went above and beyond her duties, she convinced the insurance company they should pay my claim, which they did. Having owned my own business for 30 + years I know and understand the value of a dedicated employee. Hopefully you appreciate Ms Cook as you have a polite, professional and dedicated employee. A very good staff and do a wonderful job raking care of my XT5. After resetting the tire gauges it is reading all tires now. It would be nice to see some soft drinks in the case for people that don’t drink my XT5. After resetting the tire gauges it is reading all tires now.
