The whole place felt easygoing—the guest lounge was comfortable, the staff greeted me by name, and nobody pushed me toward a decision. Carlos and Jorge handled two little problems that would’ve ended my day at other dealers, and they did it without making it a big deal. I left feeling like I’d worked with people who actually wanted me to drive away happy, not just to close a sale. I’ll definitely be back for service—and I’ll ask for them by name. More
