We had such a wonderful experience at Lexus Marin and - allimbryan

We had such a wonderful experience at Lexus Marin and would highly recommend. We came in to look for a new car as we prepare to welcome our first baby, and after going to many other dealerships in the area (Acura, Jeep, Kia, Volkswagen/Audi), the experience here was so much better. We worked with Christ Michaud as our sales rep and he was amazing!! He was willing to work with us to find the best possible deal and we never felt pushed/pressured. He followed up after the purchase too and assisted with some minor things to work out after the purchase. I cannot recommend him enough. He was so much more informed than sales representatives we encountered at other dealerships and most importantly made it clear he wanted to help. We felt like he was honest and transparent in the purchase process which wasn’t something we encountered at other dealerships.

Good response to my questions about a used Lexus. The car needed to be serviced and detailed and they said I would be the first to see and drive the car. I have bought 20 new cars over the years and have never been treated as well then at Lexus Carlsbad. They make you feel valued as a customer! There is no better sales managers than Zach, Maricio and Samer. They are all kind, caring and professional. They treat you like family. Even our salesperson Angelina is truly amazing. Her customers love her you can tell from all the positive letters they write about her that are on her desk. She cares about you the customer because she is truly a caring person! Lexus Carlsbad is very lucky to have all of them! I also wanted to mention the service department headed by Ashley Dorschel Svc Mgr and Tanner Knapp Svc advisor they both care deeply about their customers and always make you feel like a valued customer! I brought my car to South County Lexus on 05/21/2026. - MSK

I brought my car to South County Lexus on 05/21/2026. What a wonderful and productive experience. From my salesperson, Chris Ward, to my phone call to solicit help (William), to the young man who assisted me with my issues (Ali), each one treated me as if I was their only customer. I cannot say enough about their professionalism, patience, knowledge, and performance. I can now happily enjoy all the features on my ES 350. I recommend them highly; I will be a customer for life. I drive close to one hour each way to Mission Viejo, which is well worth the time and effort. To all of you at SCL, many thanks for your kind assistance. Sincerely, Michael Kipper

Enrique Carvajal was the most amazing sales consultive I... - Rayman1168

Enrique Carvajal was the most amazing sales consultive I have ever had the pleaser to deal with. Enrique treats you like he's selling a car to his Mother. There was not a question he could not answer. Took as much time as I needed and I never felt like I was rusher or pressured. Do yourself a gigantic favor and go and see him first, there will not be a need to go anywhere else. Santa Monica Lexus should thank their lucky stars he is in their dealership and not one of their competitors.

Dealership has always been good in my years of purchasing - joseh4535

Dealership has always been good in my years of purchasing and returning for vehicle service. The following negativity has nothing to do with the staff, but Lexus as a foul, nickle and dime, xxxx of a company for their practices. Recently, the service department tried to charge me 400 plus dollars ( they did a service without my approval as well) for an issue that was likely as a result of receiving my car with a missing fuse when I bought it. 400+ for replacing a 5 dollar fuse. Long story short, one of the reps in the service department (Anita) was amazing. She showed great patience and displayed empathy l and understanding in my situation. She went above and beyond working past her shift to help resolve the issue. I love Lexus vehicles( plan on a future purchase) and out of principal of the situation I almost ended any future support. I highly appreciate her in the situation and stingy scummy Lexus (company not dealership) should be proud to have her on staff.

Amy, the tech support person in the service department - jodimatro

Amy, the tech support person in the service department was wonderful. She helped me with a programming glitch in the app for my brand new IS and followed up with me until the issue was resolved. I appreciated that she started problem solving from the moment we connected by phone.

I had a great experience at Lexus of Valencia. - syrrupp

I had a great experience at Lexus of Valencia. Luis, my salesman, was extremely helpful, knowledgeable, and never pushy. He communicated clearly, made the process comfortable, and I never felt pressured at any point. His very affable style put me at ease. There was a small issue with a cargo cover that I believed should have been included, and he handled it quickly, professionally, and with real tact. It made me even more grateful that I chose to work with Keyes Valencia. The finance manager was also very pleasant, easy to work with, and genuinely personable. Overall, I would happily recommend Keyes Valencia to anyone looking to buy.
