We talked about finalizing on a deal Saturday night after - Lucas

We talked about finalizing on a deal Saturday night after he reaches back out to me on facebook messenger. Call first thing in the morning fill out my application and they back out because “someone walked into the showroom”. It’s insane that I already have financing application done, agreed upon price, ready to pay and they back out because “someone walked in”. Been Toyota/Lexus family since birth, but these dealerships are killing the experience as I come to start my own family and shop for my next vehicle. John Shaker has 0 pull as a salesman. Avoid working with him or you’ll probably end up like me with a wasted Saturday evening convincing the family on a big purchase and spoiled Sunday morning getting the run around. Putnam Lexus needs to train their personnel better. Shame they represent such a prestigious brand.

Oops, I did it again! - kristigeneral

Oops, I did it again! This is my fourth time as a returning customer. If I didn't make it clear last time: each experience somehow manages to get better and better. At this point, I literally feel like part of the CarMax family the second I walk through the door. I will never, ever go anywhere else! 🚙✨

I originally left a 5-star review after leasing my RZ - snahar

I originally left a 5-star review after leasing my RZ from Keyes in 2024. But I'm changing it to 2 stars because unfortunately my experience was so different as a returning customer. First, If you're trading in a vehicle, PLEASE get outside offers before giving your car to Keyes. They offered me only about $800 in positive equity for my low-mileage RZ and repeatedly told us I was lucky to even have that because EVs depreciate so badly and often go “upside down.” A few days later, I sold the exact same car and received over $5,000 in positive equity. The primary reason we walked out was the treatment we received from the sales manager, Jimmy Amour. Roman Syed, our salesman, had been cordial, but Jimmy was arrogant, abrupt, unfriendly, and seemed irritated that we were continuing to negotiate a deal AT a dealership. He repeatedly emphasized that their $5,000 discount was an exceptional deal nobody else would give me, used language about Roman being “like family” and therefore us being family, and then pressured us by saying the offer was only good that night and essentially that if we didn't want it, we could walk. So I walked and it was the best financial decision. Within days, Lexus of Glendale treated my family and me with patience and respect and gave me nearly $8,000 off a higher-MSRP RX 350h Premium+. They also gave me the miles and the down payment I wanted. Both factors that Keyes refused to compromise on. Combined with selling my RZ separately, walking away from Keyes saved me thousands while getting me exactly the vehicle I wanted. What disappoints me most is that I was a returning Keyes customer. I came back because my first experience had been positive. I don't expect a dealership to accept every number I ask for, but I do expect respectful treatment and straightforward information rather than being told an offer is essentially unbeatable when it clearly isn't. Shop around, leverage your offers, and don't be afraid to walk away. I'm very glad I did.

My experience with Valley Lexus was far better than my - Nicolas

My experience with Valley Lexus was far better than my expectations! My wife and I were shopping around for our first family size vehicle. We had gone to most other car dealerships to test drive and select a vehicle. Every single dealership we went to, we met a version of the “stereotypical care sales man”. I caught each in multiple lies not only about the vehicles they offer, but also lies about other dealerships and cars. My wife and I had the pleasure of meeting Trevor Ravelli. He was very courteous, knowledgably about all aspects of cars, and just a good down to earth gentleman. He was able to answer all my questions, and we even left to go check out other vehicles after the test drive. He never put down any other brand, dealership, or type of vehicle. He just informed us on the pros and cons and allowed us to make up our own mind. He is the reason my wife and I returned and bought a vehicle. In this day and age, finding a sales person who looks out for the customer, cares about the product, and makes the experience a hassle free is exceeding rare. My wife and I are very happy with the experience, and I would highly encourage anyone looking for a Lexus to give Trevor Ravelli a call.

We saw a RX450hl advertised on Carfax and stoped by the dealership to see the car. We were greated by Valerie Guzman and she made us feel very comfortable. She has a very warm personality and showed a lot of interest in our needd and wants. She showed us the car and we decided to move forward with the purchase. She handeled the transactions with dignity and great understanding. We made the purchase and are very happy with the experience.

I have had multiple visits here. - xmarc999

I have had multiple visits here. The staff are all friendly. I had an initial great experience with Chris Samler, who sold me a Certified PreOwned Lexus. Shout-out to Lars also, who plainly discussed the pros and cons of various service packages. My subsequent visits were all with service personnel, mostly for maintenance, thank goodness. All the service personnel are knowledgeable, professional, competent, and friendly. Freeman Lexus (and Freeman Toyota) are family-owned, and the pride of ownership shows. I highly recommend this dealership both for sales and service. I read some of the negative reviews here and they are so far off of my experience that they make no sense to me. In all my contacts with Freeman Lexus, they have always spoken and acted with integrity.

My Service Consultant, Dustin K, is always so pleasant - bellbus

My Service Consultant, Dustin K, is always so pleasant and helpful. I was able to pick up a loaner and do what I had to do and pick up my car when it was ready. Historically, I do not use the dealership for maintenance but Motor City Lexus has won me over.
