I had just driven into the Wiesner lot and walked over to the Palisades on display in the lot when Ryan Allen walked out of the office to greet me. I told Ryan that I was in the process of replacing my 200 the Palisades on display in the lot when Ryan Allen walked out of the office to greet me. I told Ryan that I was in the process of replacing my 2008 Tahoe with a new SUV and had narrowed my choices down to the Jeep Cherokee and the Honda 4 runner and this was the first time that I had looked at a Palisade. Ryan has an excellent knowledge of the Hyundai automobiles and their features. After a few minutes of discussion, we went for a demo ride which featured both street traffic and highway driving. Then we went inside and Ryan introduced me to the sales manager, Bryce Jurries. Bryce is very good at his job and after more discussion, he made a financially understandable presentation of a sales agreement for the Palisade. A few minutes after we made an agreement, finance manager, Trey Taylor, prepared the entire signing package. While I was signing, Ryan had arranged for a full tank of gas and a final detailing of my new Palisade and it was waiting outside. Ryan explained the interior features to me and synchronized my cell phone and I was on my way home. Everybody I met at Wiesner was friendly and professional and they know how to close a deal. In addition, I owned a 2023 Sonata that I bought at Wiesner last year and I was very satisfied both the car and the Wiesner service department. It’s a very well run organization. More
