Always a Pleasure My car recently blew a fuse and that left my husband out of the driver's seat. The people in service, Nichoal, Tommy and Terry were gracious to try a My car recently blew a fuse and that left my husband out of the driver's seat. The people in service, Nichoal, Tommy and Terry were gracious to try and help us continue our anniversary outing. The waiting area was very comfortable. It turned out to be an unusual fuse and not readily available; however, they procured one for us and sent us on our way to celebrate. Alas, this fuse also blew before leaving the service area. We then were given a loaner car to use while they followed up on the reason behind the situation. I was grateful it also was a Lincoln MKZ. Anniversary saved! More

Drove 3 Hours I love 3 hours from Watermark and did a lot of back and forth through text before I ever got to the dealership. Once I arrived the vehicle I wanted to I love 3 hours from Watermark and did a lot of back and forth through text before I ever got to the dealership. Once I arrived the vehicle I wanted to look at was finishing getting cleaned up. Within about 10 mins (I was earlier than I told them I would be) I was able to go on a test drive and then talk numbers. Very easy experience, everybody was polite and courteous. More
